2. Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. When you click Accept or Decline on our banner, we remember your choice in your browser's local storage under the name pd_consent. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the page footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a decline.

3. Who we share it with

We use these service providers, who process data on our behalf:

We do not sell the email addresses you give us. We may disclose information if the law requires it. Some of these providers are in the United States, so your information may be processed outside your country.

4. Contacting Pinterest creators

PinDepth is for people who work with Pinterest. We may email creators and marketers whose business contact details are publicly shown on their Pinterest profile or website, to tell them about PinDepth. This is how we found your address if you hear from us without having signed up. Every such email says who we are, includes an unsubscribe option, and we stop immediately if you ask. To be removed or to see what we hold about you, email hello@pindepth.com.

5. Why we are allowed to use your information (EU/UK visitors)

6. How long we keep it

Waitlist and marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Product and account data: while your account is active and for a limited time afterwards, unless we are required to keep something longer. Aggregate analytics do not identify you.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). California residents have similar rights to know and delete. Email hello@pindepth.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, and within 30 days where the law sets that limit.

8. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

9. Children

PinDepth is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will give notice of material changes, for example on this site or by email.
